Wheelsandmore : 2012 Audi R8 GT Spyder Triade Bianco Fitted the German Super Car - The engineers of Wheelsandmore developed a special performance package for the Audi R8 Spyder GT. In order to accomplish it, Wheelsandmore prepared a special performance package that includes a lighter stainless steel exhaust system with remote-able valve flaps that’s 40% lighter than the standard equipment. Since the German super car is only limited to 333 units, the fact that it gets its own tuning program ramps up the exclusivity to a whole new level.
With installing their handcrafted 3-piece forged wheels the tuner achieved a much sportier look without affecting the weight negatively, compared to the serial forged wheels. The 3-piece design allows customizing and finishing all parts on customer’s options to color and surface. Beneath all RAL colors also special surface finishes, such as Wheelspiders combined with carbon look with matt black outer rims (white-matter R8 Spyder GT) or complete wheels in matte black (white and shiny R8 Spyder GT) or rims with wheel center in carbon look and stainless steel outer rims are offered.
Suspension was also an important part of the program. In this case, Wheelsandmore fitted the German super car with the latest state-of-the-art motorsports technology from KW-Automotive within the LCS (level-control-system) hydraulic lift up system. There’s also a remote control switch that provides an additional road clearance of +40mm and a separate and independently adjustable rebound- and compression damping, giving the owner free reign over his super car’s suspension set-up.
The throughput and the weight of the standard exhaust system should be optimized. The result is a 40% lighter system with remote-able valve flaps, handcrafted of finest stainless steel. Together with a recalibrated electronics and with special carbon-frame air filters the dyno testing certifies to the luxury tuner 620 hp and 590 nm of torque.
